What we collect

• Account: player name, email, mobile number with country code, and the mark you pick from the built-in set. The mobile number is required so we can confirm event seats and reach you when a time or place changes.
• Sign in with Apple: when you use it we receive a stable identifier and your email (or Apple's relay address) from Apple. We never receive your password.
• Events and tickets: the seats you reserved, the ticket code, the check-in time, and waitlist entries.
• Participation: your poll votes, suggestions, and chapter reactions.
• Downloads: each patch you download is recorded once against your account so the counter is honest.
• The iPhone app: the device token for notifications, the device language, and your sign-in sessions (so you can end them from any device).

What we do not collect

No ad networks, no tracking across other apps or sites, no selling or sharing your data with marketers. The camera in the app is used only to read ticket codes at the door and never stores an image.

Why we use it

• Running your account, reserving seats, and sending your ticket.
• Notifications about events and new chapters (you can turn them off in the app or device settings).
• Verification and password-reset emails.
• Protecting the community from fake accounts and abuse.

Who we share it with

• Notification providers (Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service): receive your device token and the notification text only.
• Email provider: receives your email address and the message body for verification and ticket emails.
• Event helpers: see your player name and ticket code at check-in, never your email or phone.

How long we keep it

Your account stays as long as you use it. Sign-in sessions expire automatically 180 days after last use. Ticket records stay with the event as the community's archive.

Your rights

• Edit your details from the player page on the site or in the app.
• Ask for a copy of your data or full account deletion through the contact page from your registered email. Deletion completes within 14 days and removes your account, tickets, and votes.
• Turn notifications off at any time in settings.

Children

The site and app are for people over 13. If we learn of an account belonging to a younger child we delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes we update its date here and announce important changes on Discord.
