Pathologic 3 is a first-person psychological horror RPG where you play as a doctor trying to save a town from a mysterious plague within 12 days. It focuses on harsh choices, diagnosis, time pressure, and a strange oppressive world.
The Arabic localization is currently in its first working phase. We are gradually working through menus, dialogue, descriptions, medical text, and system messages while keeping the writing clear and faithful to the game’s heavy tone.
The biggest challenge in Pathologic 3 is terminology. Diseases, characters, places, and strange concepts need Arabic wording that feels readable without losing the game’s unsettling identity.
There is no installation process right now because no installer is available yet. This post is here to announce the start of the translation and track progress, and installation steps will be added once a testable Arabic patch is ready.
